Adam starts his journey at Lafayette and American Coney Island restaurants. The two eateries stand side by side and have been competing for the best Coney dog in Detroit since the turn of the century. Next Adam heads to Slows Barbecue and here he tries the brisket enchilada and the triple threat pork. The sandwich is made of bacon, pulled pork, and ham, of which Adam eats with an orange soda infused barbecue sauce. In the final segment Adam heads to Mallies Sports Grill and Bar for the burger challenge. Adam is aided by a forty person team who will help him try to finish the burger in two hours. The burger is made of 210 pounds of ground beef, ten pounds of cheese, fifteen pounds of vegetables, four pounds of bacon, three heads of lettuce, and twenty pounds of bun.
