Adam starts his journey at Ye Olde Steakhouse famous for their large portions of steak. Specifically the sixty ounce New York Strip which is one of any custom sizes you can order. Next Adam heads to Dixsons Bar-b-que and samples their famous pig burger. Chef Toby Dixson demonstrates the creation of the sandwich which is ground pork made from pork ribs and then steamed with onions. In the final leg of Adams journey Adam heads to Sweet P's Barbecue and Soul House for the Gigante Burrito Challenge. To win Adam must eat a four pound burrito made of two pounds of pork, one pound of beans, half pound of cheese, cole slaw, four tortillas, half pound mac and cheese, and half pound banana pudding on the side. Adam must complete all these components in one hour or less.
