Adam starts his journey at Osbourne Family Farm for a first responders barbecue and Adam samples the huge over 5lb plats. Each plate is comprised of chicken, one turkey leg, brisket, beef ribs, and beef sausage links. Next Adam heads to Cadems Mercantile for the 8 inch hubcap sandwich. In the final segment of the show Adam heads to the Mean Pig restaurant for the challenge. The Shut Up Juice spicy pulled-pork challenge the sandwich is made of smoked pork shoulder and habenero and specially made hot barbecue sauce all topped with cole slaw. To complete the challenge Adam must eat the sandwich and keep it down for five minutes but he has no time limit or restrictions on what he can drink.
