Notice how SHORT Robin Dunne's hair is at the end of the movie compairing to the first part.
At the end of the movie, how can Cherie not remember Sebastian?
When Cecile tells Kathryn it's okay for their mothers to socialize. The day before, Tiffany was on a trip. Assuming it's still morning, Tiffany wouldn't be home yet.
The Assistant Headmaster has a vote remark, just when Kathryn allows him to have sex with her. This footage is actually from the second episode. The plotline around the second episode was about how he went with Kathryn's original wishes to vote a student, Blaine Tuttle, out of school, after being caught with drugs.
Cecile comments about the new Hanson CD, but it was released long ago.
Bad editing. Sebastian tells Tiffany and Kathryn he is failing gym because of fencing. No footage was shown (although it was in episode 2) of Sebastian being in gym class in any part of the movie.
In Assistant Steve Mueller's office, he says "Hargrove" which was an original reference to the Headmaster (in the 2nd episode). They forgot to change the line to "Sherman" in the movie, but since no episodes made it to air, you could make your own accusations on who is "Hargrove" (a teacher, etc.).
Kathryn: "He shops at the 'GAP'"
Three Girls: "Eww!"
Twins: "If you don't snort it, SUCK it."
Danielle: "Me and Mr. Whiskers. My Pussy."
If you read the synopsis, and thinks it's kind of weird, it's not. That how the movie went, if you watched the three produced episodes. They went back and forth and made it look sort of funny.
Along with the edits, here are some of the stuff that was added/changed from the original show:
Kathryn says mess shirts instead of a GAP remark (From the show).
Cherie says "Bubble gum" instead of Ju-Ju fruit (From the show), just when Cherie spits the gum in Kathryn's hair.
The teacher discussion in the classroom. The whole dialogue that the teacher is talking is actually redubbed; That wasn't the original teacher's voice from the show.
Kama Sutra pictures are shown; It wasn't originally shown in the show.
Kathryn says "Sit the fuck down!" when she pulled Cherie down in the limo; In the show, she said nothing.
Sebastian makes a "Gozilla" remark when Min-Lin goes crazy after he spills his breakfast; In the show, he was actually kind to her and didn't say any remark.
Sebastian calls his mother (This might of been original footage from the show but of been removed due to "time")
When the guy pushes Cherie when she is watching Danielle and Sebastian getting romantic (with the cell phones) he says a couple of lines; In the show he had no lines.
Their was a "M*A*S*H" remark in the movie; The show had no "M*A*S*H" remark.
Kathryn says "You should let him fuck you" in the ladies room; In the show she said "You should let him fill you up."
In the show Cecile is choking from her Ju-Ju Fruit, Annette said "You're going to be alright, Cecile" but this was left out in The TV Movie.
Phone voices were added in Edward's phone call with his "accountant."
Kathryn's line from "Lovely" after being pushed into the mud was originally "To Be Continued..." on the show because it was the episode two's original ending.
Like the feature movie, Cruel Intentions 2 has a new score that differ than the TV Series.
Rough time frame of 1:11:30 - 1:14:05 has new scenes when is the very first time we see Kathryn say "Danielle" without it being redubbed.

The movie has a new dirtier tone. The original Manchester Prep series did not contain most of the "dirty" dialouges (f-words, sexual moans, nudity) you can easily tell which lines were dubbed since the lines obviously sounds fake if you notice.
When any of the characters say "Cherie", "Danelle", "Crayman", "Sherman" they were all redub lines of the "Cecile", "Annette", "Caldwell", "Hargrove."
Sebastian: "Dawson's creek show."
Robin Dunne guest starred at A.J. in Dawson's Creek, and was probably filming some episodes around that time, when they were doing re-shoots for the movie.
Sebastian: "God, We sound like a cancelled TV show."
What a fun reference to the show, Manchester Prep, because it's exactly what happened.
