3/3/111968: Paul asks Ruth if they can move away from Marchlands, and they disagree. Then, once a decision is made, Robert and Evelyn have a revealing argument.
1987: Eddie and Helen continue to argue, until something serious happens that unifies the family for good.
2010: Nisha and Mark go to the cafe to sit down and try and work at their relationship. Ruth is looking after their baby Ruth when she is given some vital clues by the ghost - and then goes off in search of answers. Nisha and Mark work out who she is and go to confront her when they realise she and their child is gone.moreless
2/24/111968: Ruth and Paul reconcile, but in the village there are rumours spreading about her time in Leeds. This divides the couple once more, thanks to meddling from Everlyn (Paul's mum). 1987: Helen and Eddie's son, Scott, feels like no one cares about him because everyone's so distracted by Amy and her sightings. He's not feeling very well and keeps having visions too, but doesn't feel like he can confide in anyone. Elsewhere, we learn more about the history between Mark and Olive. 2010: Nisha also hears rumours about the history between Mark and Olive, and goes to confront her.moreless
2/17/111968: Ruth and Paul go to have fertility tests, and their relationship is further tested. Ruth makes a rash decision to get away, and travels up to Leeds on the bus. Will she come back? 1987: Eddie and Helen still can't best decide how to deal with their daughter's sightings. Eddie investigates to see if there is any truth behing Amy's claims, while Helen just wants to get on with things - by not encouraging her daughter. 2010: Nisha goes into labour, and Ruth has to help her deliver it as an ambulance won't make it in time. More strange things happen around the house.moreless
2/10/11In 1968: Evelyn asks local priest, Father Boyle, to advise Ruth and Paul on how best to get over the death of Alice... by trying for another baby.
In 1987: Helen and Eddie are struggling to deal with Amy's claim that she can see Alice's ghost. Then their cat drowns in their pond.
In 2010: Nisha continues to explore her new home, which she's housebound in since the accident. The more she finds at the more spooked she gets.moreless
2/3/11Little Alice Bowen died in 1968. Her mother is devastated, as is the rest of her family. Almost 20 years later she begins haunting another little girl that now lives in her room. And in the present day? The house still feels like it's being haunted.
