  • Finally a decent ITV drama!

    "Great"
I watched this show with pre-conceptions having absorbed all the Cold Feet comparisons, and decent acting talent - I imagine a lot of people were in the same boat.

My high expectations were certainly met: Yes, it was a bit cliche-esque, but it was also really enjoyable, light-entertainment that struck a chord with the viewers (or at least the females among them).

It's about time there was some decent up-beat drama on TV that wasn't absolutely riduclous (Mister Eleven, Skins, Dollhouse I mean you). In the sad financial times that we live in it's nice to have something relatively cheery to tune into, with well-meaning characters and a romcom feel. As much as I enjoy the likes of Survivors, 24 and Being Human they can all get a bit depressing after a while.

I'll certainly be tuning in for more.moreless
