  • An almost perfect episode

    9.5
This is another one of those episodes where its always funny even if its the fourth or fifth time you've seen it. The whole scenario of playing pool right after the honeymoon was funny and Martin getting his ass whooped in pool by a lady was funny, but predictable as well (because there's always ONE episode at least where you know what happens in the first five minutes). also, the way he reacted when he got back home and Tommy and Cole mixed up the story was a peak moment as well, getting all mad. However, there were some illogical moments. First, if he wanted his stuff back why didn't he just simply steal it and when he got locked out, why didn't he unlock the door when his hand could clearly fit through it. I must be the only one upset by this, but a classic episode overall.moreless

    • The series is now on Saturdays. Fox decided they wanted to revamp their Saturday night in effort to emulate the success NBC had in the 1980's with black sitcoms. David Allen Grier had a short lived series titled The Preston Episodes that came on after Martin. America's Most Wanted, initially cancelled is brought back to a reduced 30 minute segment after the 9pm showing of COPS.
