    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (4)

      • In the scene where Hawkeye and Trapper are in the Swamp going over the forms they need to fill out, Hawkeye puts his drink that Trapper gives him on the arm rest of the chair. In the cut to just Hawkeye, Hawkeye is holding the glass but when they cut back to the both of them the glass is back on the arm rest like before.

      • Trapper and Hawkeye ask Frank to sign their complaint. Frank's face and even his ear lobes are covered with a thick layer of shaving cream. In the last cut of the scene, the layer is suddenly much thinner and his ear lobes are not covered at all.

      • Goof: In a scene where Hawkeye was scrubing for surgery, the palm of his hand touched the faucet to turn the water off. Usually, the surgeons turn the water off with their elbow, so that they remain sterile.

      • Goof: In an early scene where Hawkeye and Trapper are gathering the necessary paperwork to make their report, a model helicopter can be seen hanging from the roof of Henry's office. The only problem is it appears to be a Bell UH-1 "Huey" but this aircraft first flew in October 1956 three years after the Korean War ended.

    • QUOTES (6)

      • (After Frank and Hot Lips over-hear that Hawkeye and Trapper could get medals for reporting the army's mistake)
Frank: I was on duty with Pierce and McIntyre. In fact, I was the ranking officer.
Maj.Stoner: Well then you should have filed these reports.
Hot Lips: He was involved in a case.
Hawkeye: Takes a long time to fillet a patient.

      • Frank: Pigpen! Brothel!
        Hawkeye: Here, sir!
        Trapper: Yo!

      • Gen. Clayton: This requires a little re-think and re-evaluation.
Hawkeye: We re-agree with you, General.

      • (Hawkeye and Trapper make a report about the shelling)
Henry: I just want to remind you how thrilled the Army is about people who rock the boat.
Hawkeye: Women and colonels first, Henry.
Trapper: Anyway, we're not in the Army.
Hawkeye: That is, we're in the Army, but we're not 'army.' Little 'a' as opposed to big 'A'. Henry: Uh-huh. Well, you file that report, and the Army's gonna put your big 'A' and your little 'a' in a sling. Radar?
        Radar: Yes, sir?
Henry: If you need me, I won't be anywhere. (leaves the office)

      • (After Major Stoner refuses to let Frank to sign the report, saying that Hawkeye and Trapper already signed it)
Margaret: (to Hawkeye) Why didn't you let him sign?!
Hawkeye: Let him? We begged him. We told him to do the decent thing.
(Hawkeye leaves and Margaret looks at Frank, completely shocked)
        Margaret: Frank?
Frank: Well, how do I know what the decent thing is?

      • Hawkeye: (After hanging up phone) The Major is the Army's distributor of crapola.
