When Klinger comes to the Swamp to hide, Charles comments that he thought Klinger had given up dresses. Klinger states directly that (except for emergencies) he has done so.
Klinger: Ooh! Madame, it's against the rules to fold, spindle, or perforate military personnel!
Margaret (to Colonel Potter about Oksun Li): We've met, sir. When she picks up my laundry.
Oksun Li: Oh, yes. Lady with tiger skin underwear.
Colonel Potter: I can't get any work done with my clerk hiding under a desk. Especially when it's mine.
PA Announcer: Attention all personnel, places please for the hospital number!
Hawkeye: What do I look like? The community chest? What the hell am I supposed to do with this money?
(Colonel Potter and Margaret grin at each other.)
Colonel Potter: Sun Li, could you please tell your mother to stop trying to let the air out of Klinger?
Potter: (to Hawkeye) This is the happy hour. Angry hour starts at ten!
This is one of the few times in the post-Radar era where Klinger is in a dress. He puts it on when he is trying to hide from Mrs. Li.
When Charles says, "Something's rotten in the state of Ouijongbu," he's paraphrasing a line from Shakespeare's Hamlet. In the first act, a guard sees the ghost of Hamlet's father and says, "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark."
