Maude: DVD later this year!

as posted on tvshowsondvd.com, maude may be one of the classic shows with a strong female role to hit dvd later in 06 along with others such as cagney & Lacey. time will tell and will know later this summer weather or not its hitting dvd this year. im guessing maybe an early 07 release for maude and cagney and lacey.

Been patiently waiting since I first heard it was coming out on DVD. Was on comcast on demand then they took it off. Bea Arthur was the best as Maude also loved her in Golden Girls (my wife and I have all 5 seasons that are out on DVD waiting for season 6 in Oct)

Still no news on Maude. I'm guessing that they will be releasing now sometime in 2007. The studio is losing out on a large prophit by not releasing it. I hope they get it out soon!

Great! I guess it is official now and I can finally see Maude again.

At first I had never knew that Bea Arthur had starred in her own show. I had first seen her in Golden Girls, but when I found out that she had her own show I knew I had to see it.

Since TV Land is not showing it right now, the DVD will be the only way to see this Great show again!

Sad day, Bea Arthur dying today. And still Sony will not release anymore Maude seasons. For everyone that wants to buy the rest of the series, PLEASE see this web page and there is a link to write to Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. If we can get everyone to do so (I am putting this link everywhere I can, hopefully you will all do the same), maybe Sony will continue.
