  • A fine example of what this series was all about!

There are great guest stars present - Val Bisoglio (Quincy) and William Daniels (Knight Rider), both play characters that suit them the chemistry between the guest stars and recurring rolers is great. The NYPD goes on strike, invasion from the mafia and a hooker who goes around painting her clients blue which includes a certain inspector sent from Washington and the snow keeps on coming!
Even at season 6 this show continues to perform and churn out one of the best episodes.
All the usual characters are present Grover, Simms, Broadhurst all apart from the one thing that could have made this episode even better - Chris Coughlin!
Overall I highly rate this episode as one of the best, tune in you'll be in for a treat.
