  • Good episode

A rare good episode of medium, where a paedophile moving into the neighbourhood isn't what he seems to be, and Joe is his usual utterly selfish self.
  • Not a bad episode and with a good twist towards the end.

Joe and Allison are both thinking about future educational opportunities but when Joe's boss asks him to go back to school and get a Master's degree, it looks as though Allison'd plans to return to study law may have to be put on hold due to financial constraints.

Meanwhile, a new chap moves into the neighbourhood, a registered sex offender who served 10 years for the rape of a 16-year-old girl when he was one of her high school teachers. The neighbours are all furious that such a person is living among them, particularly one woman who insists that the neighbours all take action to make him move out of the area. Allison, however, has a dream that suggests he was not guilty of any crime but doubts that fact when the teenage daughter of the woman who is determined to make the man get out of the neighbourhood is found murdered and a knife with his fingerprints on it is found buried with the body.

In spite of all the evidence against him, Allison remains unsure but figures that she must be wrong given the latest events, however, when she has a dream about the fanatical woman visiting the sex offender with a welcoming cake as well as a 'care package' of kitchen utensils, she starts to put two and two together but it looks as though it will be too late to prove his innocence when he hangs himself in his jail cell.
