    Allison dreams about a business jet crashing. The following day, the district attorney gets asked by the psychic killer from last season to come to prison. This turns out to be a trick. The serial killer escapes the following week. Allison dreams about the dreams of the killer, but he's eventual plan was to get to her and killer her. This is a really suspenseful episode. Nothing that the serial killer is psychic heightens the tension and the element of danger. the writers did a good job with this one. I enjoyed watching it from start to finish. I can't wait for the next episode.moreless

    I thought i were in the middle of SCREAM or something! Trap in my own house? The phone rings...
    the guy showed up in the window... then you have the bright idea of closing all the windows of your house!

    I loved this epsode! Don't you love when the killers is after the "cop" when the cop is actually after the killer? No? Too confuse? Oh, ok...

    I'm just saying, usualy we see the cops looking for the bad guys, and this is the first time we saw the cop hiding because the killer find him... too confuse still?

    Davalos takes Allison to visit prisoner Sonny Troyer, the killer she helped capture on last season's SOS and who uses his psychic abilities to pray on vulnerable women using a signal people send when scared, the kind of signal only those like him and Allison could pick. The reason: Sonny claims he'd confess another crime in exchange of keeping him in Phoenix. Problem is that's all a plan set up for him to wait for upcoming plane crash to happen, as it occur the prisoner escapes armed with the knowledge of both Allison's existence and home address.

    Lee and Joe, already prepared for this possibility, do the best they can but Sonny plays on Allison fears and manages to kill victim number 1 and 2 beating her in their own private domain so all Joe can do is to take the kids to his sister's place and trust his wife to detective Scanlon who somehow can not get ex-girlfriend the deputy mayor Lynn DiNovi to drop all interest in the only thing he can't possibly confide her: the nature of Allison's abilities.

    Things go from bad to worst as the deputy mayor removes the police officers that were watching over Allison right before Sonny shows up; somehow Allison manages to get Lee over the phone but the detective is 10 minutes away unable to do anything but listen to the killer trying to break into her home until an anonymous hand sways her away at the front door as the police that were there all along take Sunny down. It says a lot about Allison that even after Lee's stunt she still allows him a moment with DiNovi, whose vote of trust made this all possible, though it also says a lot about Lee the loving embrace in which he caught his poor Allison right there at the end to make up for all that he put her through.moreless

    Allison and Sonny Troyer Share dreams about the girls he is going to murder, and it gets a little scarier when he takes her out of the dream world and makes her the subject of his dreams.

    Random lines:
    Allison to the Department of Homeland Security: "I'd rather not talk about how I know a plane is going to crash 10 days before it happens." (This is not going to work in her favor!)
     Allison on Allison: "Osama Ben Allison."
     Sonny Troyer to Allison: "How are your dreams, Allison Dubois?" (If that wasn't creepy as all get out, well, then I don't know what is!)
     The dead-girl-in-Phoenix's roommate to the SWAT team: "I know I'm not supposed to smoke on the roof. Don't shoot me."
     "How dead is he?"; "Real dead." Best of all was Bridgette looking for a bat with which to hit the serial killer so that she could protect her mom. Our hero!moreless

  • Amazing! The show keeps getting better and better if that's possible. I like that they bring back characters from previous episodes and keep them integrated into newer episodes.

    Brilliantly done! I really didn't expect that. I won't give anything away but the acting is tops, the writing dynamite and the final outcome explosive. For me the show just keeps a top notch thrill factor happening, I can't wait until the next episode. I love it! I hope Medium remains at NBC.

    • Goof: When the aircraft in Allison's dream begins to crash the camera cuts to a view of the Vertical Speed Indicator, which indicates climb and decent rates, showing that the plane was in a steep climb and not in level flight. The camera then cuts to a shot of the Artificial Horizon which indicates the aircraft was in level flight and transitioning into a dive correctly.
