Gauge: Megas' power readings (to juice up the dish) reads, "Wimpy", "Okay", "Better", 'Best", "Too much", "Way too much", and "Way way too much". Coop, of course, runs it all the way up.
When Coop fires all of the missiles, one of the missile tubes doesn't activate, so all the missiles weren't fired.
Coop calls the wrestling event the Millennium Mash, though the TV shows it as the Monster Mash.
Coop: I'll just take care of it Jersey City Style. (Pushes buttons marked, 'Missiles', 'More Missiles' and 'All Missiles')
Jamie: We could feed it so much it would explode. Kiva: Great idea. Coop, fire the EMP missile at it. (Coop presses a button, though his mini-fridge gets fired in instead) Coop: Oh, that was the EMP missile?
Jamie: It's the booger things!
Jamie: Great, I'm happy you found the satellite and all, but we're still stuck in a planet-sized monster with killer boogers in it! Could this get any worse?
Coop: Well, I've beaten guys bigger than this before. Jamie: No you haven't! The thing's a flippin' planet!
Coop: (about the alien planet) Too bad we can't force it to overeat. That always does me in. Jamie: No it doesn't. Coop: Well, yeah, but you know, like regular people get sick if they too much.
Jamie: This thing eats almost as much as you, Coop. Coop (patting his stomach): Almost.
Jamie: Heads up! Giant boogers! Coop: They don't look too bad. (he notices them attacking his robot) Scratch that, they're eating my robot!
In this episode, it is revealed that Coop removed one of Megas' weapons and he placed in a mini fridge, so he could drink soda while driving.
In this episode, it is revealed that the Glorft are currently in a distant part of space and they are working on a new doomsday weapon.
Amongst the satellites that Coop found and discarded inside the monster, there were some satellites for 'Tofu TV' and 'The Fancy Channel'.

PopTV Destruction: A PopTV Satellite
Level 12 of 'Cavern Crashers': Coop having to 'time it right' to pass through the rhythmically opening and closing doorway to move between chambers is a nod to Spock having to 'time it right' to enter "V'ger" in his thruster suit in Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979).
The missile barrage that Megas fires off several times in this episode is very similar to the stylized trails from the Macross series.
The alien in this episode who is eating the satellites is very similar to the planet-sized planet destroy Unicron in the Transformers series.
The EMP torpedo that was used in this episode looks very similar to the photon torpedos from Star Trek.
