Button: Megas' nuclear weapons are activated by a button labeled "The Button" with a nuclear icon. It is surrounded by other labels: "Do Not Touch", "This Means You", "Danger", and "Never Ever Press".
Coop (ranting): That's it, you lock me up in that underground pit, made me miss my shot at being the Gonzo Game Master and now you smash the cheapest all-you-can-eat buffet in town?! You just gambled and lost, pal!
RECR: I need more energy, where can I find enough energy?
Kiva (whispering to Coop): I think we should distract him to stall time to escape.
Coop: Hey you! Go to Las Vegas, plenty of energy there!
(RECR makes some calculations and he leaves)
Kiva: Great.
Gamer: Where's Coop?
People: Ah, a giant robot!
Goat (not looking): There he is.
RECR: While I fulfill my programing and destroy the enemy!
Coop: Enemy? What enemy?
RECR: The enemy? (posing behind the USA flag) Everything is the enemy!
Kiva: I've never been to Las Vegas.
Jamie: No wonder the Army canned this thing, it's more of a mess than you are Coop!
Coop: You wanna get out and walk?
RECR: There is no way you can defeat the superior power of my massive 56 kilobyte processor!
Kiva: If it's so secret, how do you know about it?
Jamie: Saw it on TV.
Coop: What's the point of having nukes if I can't ever use them?
Jamie: I wouldn't open that door, Coop.
Coop: You always say that! "Don't open that door, don't fly into the sun".
Bystander (watching Megas and RECR fight): Fifty bucks says the blue one wins.
Kiva: (about Las Vegas) The Glorft destroyed it about thirteen years before I was born.
One of the buttons in Megas' control panel is labeled 'The Button', which allegedly launches a nuclear weapon that Megas was built to contain.
According to Kiva's comments on when Las Vegas was destroyed and with the gained information on her birthday from a previous episode, it seems Las Vegas was destroyed by the Glorft somewhere around the year 2999.
Ending Credits: Coop is eating at the buffet; the building that had housed the buffet is in rubble all around him.
The button that Coop presses in order to activate his SDF-1 cannon on Megas is labeled 'Do Something Stupid, Coop'.
PopTV Destruction: PopTV Building
The bunny scene is a reference to the game "DooM", where the character surpises a bunny from underground at the end of the game. The only difference is that the bunny in the show is not killed in the process.
RECR's ability to split into smaller parts and attack an enemy from all sides seems to have been inspired from the Turn-X, from the series Turn-A Gundam.
Every time the scene changes to show Las Vegas, some disco themed music begins to play. This seems to be a reference to the series Vega$.
In this episode, there is a secret military base called Area 50. This is a reference to Area 51, a real military base that is in southern Nevada, which is most famous due to the conspiracy theories that claim the base has alien technology.
Many features of RECR seem to have been modeled off of the aliens in the original 1950s movie entitled War of the Worlds.
