In season five, we learn that Amanda was originally planning to have an abortion, but she had a miscarriage instead.
Kimberly: What are you after Jane? An apology of some sort?
Jane: Not at all! I just wanted to tell you that I think you are disgusting, and I hope that someday, if you're ever lucky enough to find a man of your own, that some pathetic bitch will come along and hurt you the way you have hurt me!!!
Alison: I thought you were with 'I-need-a-man-Amanda'?
Billy: You're drunk!
Alison: Shocking, isn't it?
Jake: I don't know what's worse: that I had to bail you out of jail, or that you lied to me.
Jo: Well, why don't you go home, get some sleep and then you can get back to me on it?
Alison: Please remind me never to drink again.
Alison: You were right about everything.
Amanda: Really? Can I tape this moment for posterity?
Jane (about Michael): I would like to KICK HIS ASS!
Kimberly: Oh believe it! Michael told me all about your wonderful night at the hotel room, but don't think that means he's gonna give me up!
Amanda: My big surprise! I'm buying the building, I mean me and dad are buying the building! But I'm gonna live here and manage the place!
Alison: I can't believe it!
Amanda: Wonderful, isn't it? Great investment, great friends; I think I'm really gonna love it here!
Jane (showing her wedding ring): Do you see this, Kimberly?! This signifies something, a commitment, a trust, a bond between two people. Not just sex! But a deep and abiding love and friendship--something you can never understand.
This episode airs in two parts in syndication (with a LOT of padding and previously on Melrose Place scenes).
