When Jane storms into her apartment to yell at Sydney regarding the allegations against Chris, Sydney says something like "If this is about what Jake said to Jo, I had nothing to do with it." The goof is that Sydney had no clue what happened bewteen Jake and Chris- much less that he said anything to Jo about it. Sydney barely said "hi" to Jake before leaving the room at Jane's studio and hadn't heard a thing that Chris said to him.
Amanda: I need you to move your stuff out of your storage locker.
Sydney: What am I supposed to do with it?
Amanda: You blackmailed your sister's husband into marrying you, framed her for attempted murder, ran a call-girl ring, I'm sure you'll think of something.
Michael: I have a couple of changes to suggest, what about you, hun?
Kimberly: I think we have to kick it around a bit.
Amanda: I know what I would like to kick around.
"Here and Now" by Letters to Cleo plays over the establishing shots. "That's Just What You Are" by Aimee Mann can be heard at Alison's apartment as Billy talks with Susan. Sydney plays "Baby I Can't Please You" by Sam Phillips on the Shooters jukebox as she closes for the night. All three songs coincidentally are from the Melrose Place soundtrack.
The episode title is an allusion to the 1989 film, The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover.
