Men in Trees not airing until Feb 27th? and on Wednesdays? wow...another long wait, how many times does abc have to delay this show. by the lack of people posting on here it looks like the fan-base is shrinking. It is unfortunate because Men in Trees is one of my favorite shows.

ABC announced its new midseason 2008 lineup yesterday --see it here--, which is described as "somewhat confusing" by zap2it.com. Wednesday at 9c/10e is a very competitive slot - but it's a good move for the show if it works out. If enough sponsors buy time on this new day, then it's good news for the show. Considering the WGA strike has disrupted nearly every show schedule on commercial television, only time (and ratings) will tell what impact this move will have on Men in Trees.

Mike Ausiello posted a mention in his column today about the new date and time beginning 2/27/08 that suggests this information could be subject to change. If it does change, the new information will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.

Does anyone not think the movie Accidental Husband reminds you of men in trees. The books on relationship, the talkshow and the sexy rugged guy.

I blame myself because I should have been checking more often but I had no idea it returned February 27 and I'm a bit annoyed with the lack of advertisements. Maybe I don't watch enough ABC but what the frig!!! This is ridiculous. I just happened to catch it on my dvr this week. Usually, I'm already asleep. And there it was...NEW...anyway, this is a rambling bit of annoyance. I'll catch them on abc online but argh!!! I'm five episodes behind. Ridunkulous!!! Am I the only one lost?

ABC has announced a change in the schedule. As of April 30, Boston Legal moves to Wednesday night at 9C/10E (preempting Men in Trees) where it will air for three weeks. Men in Trees then returns to Wednesday night on May 28.

So does that mean that there will be more new episodes on May 28th and after? Here on the website it only shows up to the 4/23 episode. Because of that I have been under the imprassion that this was the last episode of the season. So how many more will there be?

    Thanks,

    Fryerider

The current schedule has three more episodes left for this season. They are supposed to air on May 28, June 4 and June 11. ABC is supposed to announce their Fall schedule and whether Men In Trees will be back for a third season on May 13.

Sometime after all 19 episodes in Season 2 have aired and Warner Bros. Home Video has negotiated a deal. A good place to keep track of the progress is tvshowsondvd.com.
