    • Gary: Hey, you must be the new accountant.
Mike: No, I'm just setting up the computer.
      April: I'm the new accountant.
Gary: Oh. (laughs nervously) Wow. So, I did the thing where I assume the dude that does the thing has to be a man.
April: It's OK, it happens all the time. In the seventies.
Gary: Look, I know women can be accountants, OK? I, I don't want you to think I'm anti-woman accountant.
April: Oh, I just thought you were kind of oblivious.
Gary: Glad I made an impression. (extends his hand) Gary, loading dock.
April: April, world's first female accountant.
      Gary: Great.

    • Bill: I'm a great curler.
      Tannis: I'd say you're a frequent curler.

    • Tannis: You may not be the best curler, but you're a good club manager. A reasonably good one. You put in an effort. A reasonable effort.
Bill: I hate it when you try to be nice.
Tannis: Yeah, that's why I don't do it often.

  • ALLUSIONS (1)

    • Charlotte's Web
Matt is referring to the 1952 children's novel written by American author E. B. White. It is a story about a pig named Wilbur, who is the runt of his litter and destined for slaughter. Charlotte is an intelligent spider who saves Wilbur by writing messages in her web praising him in order save him.

The novel was made into an animated feature in 1973 and a live-action film in December 15, 2006, at which time a video game based on the film was also released. In 2000, Publishers Weekly listed the book as the best-selling children's paperback of all time.
