  • Veronica still in a daze from her experience and having a bad case of PTSD goes missing. People arrive at the hospital after a bomb is set off in a bus and the rest of the staff must deal with a trauma center much like Chris and Veronica did in Iraq.moreless

This program continues to shine as it just gets better and better. The cast is wonderful and even James Van Der Beek's character Dr. Joe Briggs is improving, except I don't think a doctor would confide in a patients father that his son was kept late from surgery because the bomber was in there. The one slip up in the plot if you could call it that. It did further the plot though.

Veronica's experience and her severe PTSD should make for some interesting plots going forward. What an unbelievable thing she did. What a strong character Taylor Schilling and the writers have put together!

Sonia knew what she was doing and in the end will have to deal with the aftermath. I'm not sure what that is, but it will be interesting to see.

Finally Chloe was a real pro dealing with what they dealt with considering her experience and the hang over. I like her character more and more as the episodes go forward. It is a joy to see three such strong women who are complex and not just good looking, which the three of them are as well. There is substance to their acting and the parts they're playing.

Tonight's backdrop for the story was literally hell. From Veronica disappearing to a bomb on a bus. All of the major characters were excellent especially Chris and Mike. Chris for doing what he had to do despite wanting to be somewhere else and Mike because no matter what, he really does care.

A very tense but enjoyable episode of Mercy. I'm really hoping this show grows legs and survives to next year. It's a long shot at this point, but one can hope. Thanks for reading...moreless
  • I don't even know how to descibe how amazing this epposode was. To me almost all aspects were completely brilliant.

This type of emotional depth with a character in a tv show doesn't happen ver often with me. Veronica's PTSD kicks back in with her gone a bit a-wall and disapearing from the rest of the crew. It was completeely beautiful the emotionally raw feeling the whole eppisode had.

With the boy who set the bomb on the bus, then there was everyone worrying about Veronica but needing to look after the victims.

Then you had the girl who had the crush on the hocky player. Very good eppisode all around. I hope to see more like this in eppisodes to come.moreless
