Veronica might be pregnant but worries that maybe not even a baby can save her marriage. She needs to regain control of her life, and decides to work with Dr. Harris against any death at the Hospital. Meanwhile, Sonia helps a beauty queen when she has to accept her life-changing diagnosis. Chloe unconvers a secret her boyfriend has been keeping from her, while Dr. Sands gets more close to Dr. Jelani while organizing a "Bike to Work Friday" activity.moreless

Interesting episode with a number of very strange issues to deal with. The weirdest is the fifteen year old girl who has a kidney infection and upon closer examination has a male penis and testicles that are starting to drop. Her parents, especially the father have really selfish reactions to this especially considering this is a major problem for their daughter and she needs their support. Sonia must deal with all these problems.

Veronica starts to show signs that she is pregnant in she is getting physically ill all of a sudden, her breasts feel strange, and finally she passed out for really no reason. Chloe finds out her firefighter is married because the wife(she thinks it's him) texts her to meet at a restaurant. Then the wife and her friends ambush her. Of course the wife never considers the fact that her husband is cheating. She thinks more that Chloe is trying to steal him. Luckily Veronica and Sonia intervene and get some good shots in before leaving with Chloe intact.

Dr. Harris with Veronica's help works above and beyond to keep a young Oriental man alive. Dr. Sands even gets involved. Some heroic work goes into this segment.

Finally Dr. Sands and Dr. Jelani move their relationship more out in the open.

There is a lot going on in this episode and it has to be seen to actually see what happens and how everything is resolved. Not a bad episode. A little too much angst though. Thanks for reading...moreless
