I'm the same as you! Saturdays have just got wonderful again!

OK Morgana is back! And Evil!!!!

    Sir Leon is back!

The Great Dragon is back! He rescues Merlin (YES!)

Brilliant episode - can't wait for 3.02 even though I've watched it at the preview.

I have to say that was a great episode, and yay for the Dragon, I knew he would be back sooner rather then later. Though I thought he'd be back to help with the invasion, not to save Merlin's behind

Can soeone remind me what the show is that runs alongside merlin? Like Confidential and Doctor Who...

The bloodguards bow to Morgana. I love little details like those.

Ugh, how gross is the content of Morgause's cauldron?

    Yay, Sir Leon!

Uther: It's been a long time since I last felt like this.
    Arthur: What drunk? Lmao!

Omg, Uther's speech at the feast is the most beautiful and sweetest thing. Morgana really has built some nerve to stand through it with a smile.

The casting of Ygraine was really good. Her eyes look just like Arthur's, both shape and colour. The scene with the well is amazing!

Eww, the mandrake root looks just as gross as the content of the cauldron.

Whoa at Morgause calling Cenred a coward! I love their interaction and the tease back and forth:

Cenred: You are beautiful when you are angry.
Morgause: Is that why you continue to defy me?

Morgana really worships Morgause. 'There is nothing you can not do'.

Morgause calls Morgana 'sister' so I guess she has told Morgana what their link is.

Some reports from the BFI made Arthur sound coward not wanting to take the lead, but I loved his scene with Uther. He sounded absolutely loyal and not coward.

Whoa at Morgana knowing that Merlin was following her! I love how coldly she waited to give him away. And Morgause leaving him at the mercy of the serkets: poison for poison. Morgana should have been present when Morgause chained and interrogated Merlin though but I guess she had to be back to the castle.

By the way, we totally got that the scene of Morgana in the battlements involved throwing the guard off. Probably the only thing I didn't like is Merlin buying Morgana's repentance but hey.

Squee at the Dragon rescuing Merlin. I kind of giggled when he grabbed him with his hand? Paw? What does a dragon have? It was so sweet!

Cenred's army scene one word came out of my mouth which I cannot repeat. This season is going to be awesome. Did anyone else thing that Morganna looked at Morgause a little bit *icky*. It was just a little bit too cheesy for me.

Merlin Secrets & Magic but apparently we are not getting it this year

The episode ends with the Dragon bringing Merlin to safety.

I caught a mean stream online, Cassi.

I have to say I'm disappointed, as I really liked it (unlike Confidential which wasn't always worth the watch).

Anyone know why it's suddenly changed?

I know - I'm watching it again now! But I think they usually stream it live.

I am disappointed too, Farmerluk2. It can be found in any BBC press release or schedule so far so I think it's not gonna be available this series. We should be getting one tomorrow or the day after tomorrow otherwise.

They could be keeping the behind the scenes stuff for the dvd release. It shouldn't be too long before volume 1 is available.

Last year the iPlayer didn't stream the episodes at the same time as the BBC air, but right after them. At least I couldn't catch them any earlier.

Glad it's going to be on HD. It wasn't on this year because the PROMS 2010 was on bbc HD.

I thought they would end it before the dragon came to keep the suspense for the next episode. But I suppose with children watching they wanted to end it with the dragon rescuing Merlin - which was brilliant. Also showing Merlin riding on the dragon's back in the trailer to show that he was ok.
