    Lol, and eye moving

And Morgause and Morgana meeting inside the castle?

I guess Morgause thought it was unusual for Morgana not to meet her when requested. So she took it upon herself to check that nothing was wrong. I did like Merlin's growing knowledge of medicine. They seem to be putting the message across that Merlin is learning.

Vivian is Morgana's mother - Gorlois' wife.

For those of us who haven't seen the episode, could you please tell us what he said about her?

Ah, but Morgause was wearing a hooded cloak and that makes her undetectable. And it's not as if it was bright red or anything which would stick out like. . . oh wait.

Gaius says that Vivian, Gorlois' wife turned to him for affection when Gorlois was fighting in the Northern Plains.

ella, sorry, I meant Morgana's mother's name was Vivian, not Morgana's...

Uther admitted to Gaius that Morgana was his daughter and that her mother was Vivian (Gorlois' wife apparently) and that she was "bored" so they had a daughter

Uther: Giaus you don't understand. There is something you should know. Something I've told noone. Morgana is my daughter. It was while Gorlois was away, fighting in the northern plains. Her mother Vivianne, grew lonely. Giaus: I understand Sire. Uther: I've said enough. The people must never know who she really is, for Arthur's sake.

The whole scene with Uther and Merlin was merely there to make Merlin feel guilty.

Indeed It was highly distressful to see how everyone was suffering deeply for her and how she only thought on killing Uther the second she was recovered.

So the people might choose Morgana over Arthur? As if, right?

I thought it was about Uther's image.

But if it is about Uther's image then it is not for Arthur's sake. The people know Arthur is not like Uther.

This scene is so wonderful and had me teary-eyed.

"Listen to me clotpole. I don't care if you die. There are plenty of other princes. You're not the only pompous, supercilious, condescending, royal imbecile I could work for. The world is full of them... But I'm going to give you one more chance."
