BBC (ended 2012)
Once more I'm uninspired, so as it doesn't appear that Danko anyone has done this yet, this week's topic is 'Best and Worst Morgana Moment (barring smirks)'.
I agree with Danko about her "And you will go to hell" but also her reveal in 3.12
(MORGAUSE) I don't think you'll be needing this any more.
(UTHER) This is unlawful. You cannot do this. You have no right to the throne!
(MORGANA) No, she does not. But I do. I am your daughter, after all. Don't look so surprised. I've known for some time.
Worst moments when she didn't care at all about Arthur and Guinevere e.g. When she said of Arthur in Castle of Fyrien "Why not just kill him now?" Completely heartless. -Her happy smirk when Uther slapped Guinevere and her actions leading to Guinevere being sentenced to death in the Queen of Hearts.
I agree about the "And you, Uther, will go to Hell", and her coronation/reveal
I also like the scene by Gorlois' grave in 'To Kill the King' because of her confusing conflict of feelings towards Uther. It shows how you can hate and despise someone because of their actions and attitude and yet on another level (for better or worse) still love them because you know they care about you (or maybe that's just because I can relate to a very minor extent). It gave her character a line she couldn't cross. . . yet .
I too wish that she'd maintained a similar boundary for Arthur and Gwen. It bothers me that she doesn't care at all and I think it would have made her much more interesting in series 3 had there been some conflict there. While I'm all in favour of her being an antagonist to Arthur, in circumstances where her actions could have directly resulted in the deaths of Arthur or Gwen or innocents of Camelot, I would have liked her to have shown a trace of doubt. That's why these are my least favourite bits. Whilst I like the irony of her becoming everything she hated about Uther, imo, it should have been done more gradually.
On a lighter note, I liked the Morgana/Arthur interaction in series 1, such as the way she manipulates Arthur when Mordred is hiding behind her screen. I wish it hadn't virtually disappeared by the second series (mind you, Morgana virtually disappeared a lot too ).

|I like Morgana every time she's stood up against Uther's tyrannical and indiscriminate way of sentencing people to death. I hate it every time she's done the same.|
My favorite is in 1x 10, "A Moment of Truth". After Uther refuses to help Ealdor, Morgana glares at him, and then helps Hunith up. It may be one of the more subtle cases of her defying Uther and his decisions, but it seems more powerful to me than her verbal battles with him.
I like her in The Beginning of the End when she does whatever possible to save Mordred. Yes Mordred is going to grow up and kill Arthur but i think it shows such a lovely side to Morgana that she is willing to risk her life to save another.
I like the moment whenshe chains Merlin and tries to make sense of his actions after he's caught stalking Morgana and her in the forest ("The Tears of Uther Pendragon").
