I think one of the most mature reactions was when she indirectly made Merlin change his opinion and stop Morgana from killing Uther. She said she would be just like Uther if she stooped to his level and desired his death. I think that's strong ethics, and possible, although not very probable.

Let alone when she (indirectly again) stopped Merlin from killing Uther in "To Kill the King" even though Uther had just killed Gwen's father.

That's actually the case I was talking about

Oh ok, sorry about that My entry was poorly worded. Merlin wasn't prevented from killing Uther, he prevented for Morgana to have Uther killed indeed.

I understood that notifying is to be done by Thursday.

That's the ideal situation as notifying way earlier doesn't really help people remember.

In any case, I didnt' mean you DaNko. The thread has been a bit upside down for a while (pm galore for me!) so I'm glad that people are being responsible, keeping track of turns and notifying one another as per lately

Just to make it clear, the list goes as follows:
    -boom-moo (Esther)
    -dpebbleson (Danko)
    -ACDiNosey (Anne-Claire)
    -illegalferret (Sarah)
    -pcdsa (Trish)
    -legend-dreamer
    -fantasyfreak77 (Oz)
    -ForeverArwen94
    -LizzyGlue (Carmen)

Pcdsa and ForeverArwen94 have been removed as they failed to keep their turn and didn't realize about it and/or ask to be put back in the list.

Good, I thought it was about me, so I was going around my head and my pm box to see what I did wrong

Anyways, I check in every day at this site, but unfortunately my timetable prevents me from a sustained presence in any thread.

I have noted the changes to the schedule for posting a topic in the Best/Worst thread. I know I switched turns the last time I posted and I reminded the person I thought was next, so my apologies if I mixed up and PM'd the wrong person.

For me the Best Moral Lesson from Gwen would also be from 2x02. The moment after their meal together when Arthur says "That's what servants are for." Gwen tells him she is not embarrassed to be a servant and how a good king will respect his people no matter who they are.

Best: tie between plotting with Gaius to have Arthur locked up in 1x09 and fighting on his place so he wouldn't die at the hands of the Black Knight and telling Arthur how proud he is of him in the same episode and how the fact that Arthur could think otherwise would only be his (Uther's) fault.

I also love it in 3x11 when he acknowledges that Arthur let him win the tourney and that he would make a great king and father one day.

Asking Gaius to use magic to save Morgana's life was also quite something.

Worst: Codemning Gaius to die... twice.

Best: Uther's change of face when Arthur says 'she is a troll!'

The Best Uther moment for me would be from 2x08 "The Sins of the Father", the scene with Uther and Arthur after their fight. You were able to see his soft side and how much he loved his son.

I always quite like the bit at the end of the Witchfinder when Uther goes to apologies to Gaius, it seems quite a human moment from him, it sort of goes some way to pardon him for condemning Gaius in the first place!

Right this weeks best/worst: Unusual pairing two people pairing up that was unexpected and either successful or not!

    Uther / troll was hilarious!

Not a canon pairing but I loved the back and forth teasing between Morgause and Cenred.

Worst I'd say Morgana and Alvarr.

I don't know if this would be considered a pairing, but Gaius/Grunhilda was a very interesting match .

The strange Geoffrey/Gwen moment when Geoffrey agrees with Gwen's speech about closing the gates in 4x01. Not sure it counts as a pairing, but it's nice to see Geoffrey be instrumental to some decision.
Worst: I'm really not keen on the implied Morgana/Gwaine we've been fed at the end of S4.

I always quite like Arthur working with Mordred (well working to protect him). It's brilliant to watch as you know who Mordred is and what he will probably do, making it odd that Arthur should help him. I love it!! Morgause and Cendred was always a good watch too, as they pretended to work together whilst working for their own interests!

Worst: I'm with Esther Morgana and Alvarr was bad, he completely used her and she didn't seem to notice! Also we never found out why Agravaine was working with Morgana at that still annoys me!

I guess that seeking revenge for his dead siblings but so annoying that his creepy moves where he seemed to have feelings for her were left unexplained indeed, tsk, tsk, TPTB...
