They sleep about 80% of the day. I've just ordered a large cat tree for them. We are keeping them as house cats so need something to entertain them.

My cat is a house cat too, she has a lot of toys and stuff around and she has always loved them The cat tree sounds really nice, great source of activity and fun.

    Morning Camelot

Esther I see you've been abandoned without notice last night, so what about some lovely hot white choccy and brioche to make up for it?

Gah, the Pixie played up with my nerves all night, so I haven't slept much... I have some work to be done, so I'll get that out of the way, and relax after that...

Thanks There's no rush though, so don't worry

At least the work is not difficult... If I wasn't so distracted by other things, it would go much faster

I'm glad it's not difficult I've just found some erm... clerical goodies much relevant to my interests, yipee! The things that make my morning, really. Well, that and someone calling me auntie yesterday

We are having a cousins meeting in the pm, very nice of one of my cousins to arrange it. We all go on with our lives and despite we live close by we don't see each other often enough.

Saw it and replied, so good!

You might get random doves later from different corners of my town.

Tradition has it that after a baptism here the baby's parents and godparents throw candy and money (small currency coins) after the mass to those attending. It's mostly done for the children, who have a blast squating amidst the adults and gathering as much as they can in their pockets. I've enquired about the baptism I'm attending at the end of the month (I wanted to buy some candy and change some money) and there's not such tradition there

I haven't heard of that tradition either, I must admit. Ah well, I'm sure it will be very nice nonetheless

I've just had a very weird experience... I put on an art channel that was playing some classical music to appease some minds, and fell onto a ballet set on Ravel's Bolero... I started smirking and laughing, as the dance seemed a bit ridiculous, but watched it in full and was absolutely mesmerised by the end... It seems to have had the desired effect on the minds, so I'm now going to be able to enjoy some breakfast...

At the end of Sense and Sensibility (the one with Emma Thompson and Kate Winslet) Colonel Brandon throws coins after his wedding. It's something like that.

Ravel's Bolero is an amazing piece, I really like it. So good it appeased minds, enjoy your breafkfast!

Thanks, I know exactly what you mean now *mind-drool at Alan Rickman*

It is a strangely addictive tune, given it's the same thing over and over again
It was the ballet de Paris, and I must say 50 nice looking men is some way to spend my breakfast time

Lmao! I don't find ballet dancers appealings (those super tight outfits don't do it for me).

Well, they were all bare-chested and wearing black pants, so it was actually quite attractive...

lol at making Bert jealous... Alan Rickman is in a league of his own, though... The "older men we fancy" league... Mind you, he's not on his own there, I bet Dr Lion and the ghost of King Uther are keeping him company!

    Now that's a different story...

Ah yes, I approve of your league distribution. Much more appealing to me than the footie euros ones Lol

I'm gonna have to lock the pantry at night! I wouldn't want all the ham supplies to disappear while I'm sleeping (or rather not sleeping...))

I was all about the amount of ham supplies but they are going down pretty fast. They are very handy to offer to anyone who comes visit or when we are invited elsewhere.

*takes mental note to ask Gwen to provide with a copy of the pantry key*
