Mighty Machines is a children's TV series developed by TVOntario that centers on exploring the how's and whys of machinery with a special focus on construction vehicles and equipment. Dedicated to sharing the interesting world of how machines operate and run, Mighty Machines is unique in letting the machines themselves explain their processes, often utilizing voice-over actors instead of a generic narrator. Just how does a sawmill work or what happens on the conveyor belt of a recycling plant? From the amazing machines used at the airport to the rough and tumble of a demolition site, Mighty Machines plays into the delightful humor of young children's imaginations as they learn about the many different contraptions used in most modern cities and entertainment sources, including the racetrack, construction sites, and the fire hall.
