Molly's scorecard had the visiting Pirates side facing the camera and a fan behind her had a Pirates hat on as well. Also the Pirates beat the Cubs, which was mentioned at the end of the episode.

Joyce's middle name is Marilyn.

Carl's full name is Carlton.

When Mike is taking Molly home following their date, she mentions being able to see a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, though that franchise actually has no locations in the Chicago area.

Mike and Carl answer a domestic dispute at 9425 Cicero (which turns out to be Molly's house). There are very few residential addresses on Cicero in Chicago - especially at the address 9425, which was not mentioned whether it was south or north.
