Show Summary

Welcome to the Mindreaders guide at TV.com. "Match Game" meets "The Better Sex" when Goodson-Todman created this yes or no game show. Two teams of each sex consisted of a celebrity captain & 3 contestants. The main round had the celebrity captain try to guess how each contestant guessed yes or no to situations or questions. Right answers paid $50 while wrong answers paid $50 to the opponents & control by the opposing celebrity captain. The first team to reach $300 won the game & played a two tiered bonus game. PART 1: The Jury. 10 members of the studio audience were asked questions before the show. Each contestant gets a chance to play. After the question is read, the contestant places the answer on a counter (0-10). If the guess is exactly right, the team won $500. If it was one away, the team won $200. After that was played, it was time for the team to win 10X their winnings in... PART 2: Celebrity Turnabout. Contestants played for a jackpot ($2,000-$15,000) as they try to guess how the celebirty responded to a Yes-No question. Majority ruled & if the team matches the star, they win the jackpot! Both male-female teams played three games before retiring. The best possible winnings; $50,400.
