  • Simply Wonderful!

This is another one of my favorite episodes of ‘Miracles’ and I give credit mostly to Maggie Grace for her excellent performance as Hannah and Lucinda. You can see a change in her character by just her expressions. I think she did an amazing job for her role, and because of that, anyone who saw this series, would definitely remember this episode. Also, you really feel sorry for the mother in the end. She regrets not having told her daughter how much she loved her when she could have. I thought that Hannah would come back to her mother, but there was a twist there that I didn’t expect to see. All in all, this was a wonderful episode with a lot of emotions that would keep anyone interested for an hour.moreless
  • One of my favorite episodes.

I love this episode of "Miracles". Like every other episode, it rises above the average television show, which near perfect execution, the best acting and writing, and everything you could hope for in a supernatural series.

This episode guest stars Maggie Grace (aka Shannon from ABC's "Lost") as an Amish girl named Hannah Cattrell, who, during a high fever, begins acting out of character and shows signs of what may possibly be stigmata. Paul and Keel investigate, and while it turns out not to be stigmata, Hannah shows signs of a split personality. Over the course of the episode we discover that Hannah's body is being taken over by the spirit of another girl - Lucinda Bryant - who commited suicide ten years before. They realize that on the night of Lucinda's death, Hannah

almost drowned, and during that moment where they both touched upon death they became connected.

Hannah eventually gives up control over her body and Lucinda takes over completely, not knowing she ever died. She lives with her parents again, leaving Hannah's mother without a daughter.

This episode is extremely sad, but beautiful at the same time, in classic "Miracles" fashion.
