in this episode Naoe shows his true feelings for Hagetera by pinning him up to the wall! You begin to see into the very complex past and present lives that Naoe and the others have lived as possesors. The climax leading up to the scene between Naoe and Hagetera is very intense and intimate, but all you want them to do is kiss, but unfortunatly they don\'t as Hagetera chose to seal his memories in a past life, in order to forget Naoe\'s betrayal. You are left at the end just wishing that they did infact kiss but no! the concepts and themes that are dealt with in the story are incredibly complex, its more of an anime where you have to take more of an active role in watching in order to fully appreciate the characters. Also the discourse between characters relies strongly on the implied especially in this episode in the café scene, in terms of Naoe\'s past life. The audience is therefore placed pn a lower footing to the characters, and we are left knowing as much as Hagetera, which is why i think in this episode especially, we get to become closer to the complex feelings that he himself must be feeling in terms of losing his personality to the possesor Hagetera, but by this time in the series he doesn\'t seem to deny his identity which seems to elude to the idea that he is slowly being taken over by the spirit of Hagetera. This could possibly be becaude at this stage his underline goal is to get closer to Naoe some how. Anyway its a great series all though like i said the complexities and concepts dealt with are some what of an aquired taste in terms of anime as a whole, i myself however would recommend having this in your anime collection.moreless
