  • The game that you love is, is my game: "Where's Miranda"

Miranda and Stevie befriend a girlfriend of Gary's from Hong Kong, Tamara, a 22 year old waitress at the restaurant. Keeping up with Tamara is very hard for both women, since Tamara is socially busy and all over the place: going out 24/7, art and painting lessons, swimming, and more going out. Miranda and Stevie compete with eachother who can keep up with Tamara the most, totally exhausting themselves. It makes Miranda and Stevie realise they are older, as for Miranda, a night out is putting the garbage out, or watching Midsummer Murders dvd's (that's the UK equilivant of "Murder, she wrote"), knitting or eating a giant Toblerone.

Meanwhile, Gary and Miranda decide to "just do it" (see previous episode) and Gary books them a night at a spa-hotel. Miranda decides to be a nude model at the art class she does with Stevie and Tamara, to get comfortable with her nakedness before finally spending the night with Gary. Even though Tamara totally exhausts her, she is looking forward to being with Gary.

They finally own up to Tamara that they can't keep up with her. Clive meanwhile complains about Tamara not doing her job, and when Tamara again skives her job, Clive fires her and accidently spills a secret Gary's been keeping from Miranda: Tamara is Gary's wife: he married her for her green card and never told Miranda. Miranda storms off, totally devastated with this news and decides to break it of with Gary. The next day, Miranda tells Gary she can't live with the lie he told her. However, Tamara left her nude paintingof Miranda as an apology gift so Gary gets to see Miranda naked anyway, and is quite impressed. A very funny episode with a bit of a sad end. You so want them to get together at this point.

    A must watch, again.moreless
