    • Heather Badcock consumes a poisoned cocktail, that was apparently made for actress Marina Gregg, Heather's idol. It appears that Marina was the intended victim and so needs protection. Miss Marple, of St. Mary Mead appears and helps to find the murderer and unravel the mystery.

      Miss Marple goes to stay with her friend Carrie-Louise. Carrie-Louise is frail and is living in a Victorian Gothic mansion. It is a rehabilitation centre, as well as a family home. But Miss Marple realises that there is a problem as a series of murders occur which target Carrie-Louise's family and even Carrie-Louise. But Jane Marple has to solve the case, as the police fail to show sufficient interest.moreless
    • A Caribbean Mystery
      Miss Jane Marple is on a holiday in the Caribbean. Whilst staying there, she is asked a strange question by a man: "Would you like to see a picture of a murderer?". This perplexes her, but the following day, the man goes missing and his body is later found. The photo in the man's possession has disappeared, and Miss Marple has to trace it and prevent any further murders.moreless
    • 4.50 from Paddington
      Elspeth McGillicuddy is travelling on the 4.50 train from Paddington Station in London. However, on the journey she apparently sees a murder take place in a passing train where a woman is strangled. But no-one has reported it and there is no corpse, and as she is already travelling to Miss Marple, she asks her to solve the case. Miss Marple asks her friend Lucy Eyelesbarrow to help as the Crackenthorpe family who live at Rutherford Hall seem to be at the heart of the mystery.moreless
