    • When Andy is doing his big speech in the courtroom, he's wearing spicy pants. But eariler on, when he's booing Kevin, he's wearing jeans.

    • The cartoon that Andy was making at the beginning of the episode was of a man inside a toilet saying, "Nice place you got here."

    • This is the one episode that series co-creator Bill Oakley will not let his kids see.

    • First appearance of C-Dog.

  • Notes

    • This is the first time we see Kevin's love of Yale.

    • The creators said that Griffo and C-Dogs names were inspired by graffiti kids sprayed on a dumpster and you can see the graffiti that inspired the names on the walls of buildings Andy passes by in the beginning of the series.

    • In this episode we find out that Gus admires David Niven and Wally admires Broderick Crawford.

    • This was actually the third episode produced, but the second to air.
