Rollin is forced to shoot and kill (we assume) the two agents that come into Felicia Vabar's apartment. Seemingly no one in the apartment building or area hears the gunshots as Rollin and Felicia continue their conversation and negations while leisurely smoking cigarettes. There's no apparent concern or disposal of the bodies.
When Cinnamon goes to meet with Colonel Dubov, she enters the military headquarters lobby and presents her identification credentials. In the background is a cleaning woman mopping the floor. Some time later Cinnamon goes back to meet with Colonel Dubov, once again entering the military headquarters lobby and presents her identification credentials, in the background is what appears to be the same cleaning woman and she is still mopping the same area of the floor.
The first episode to feature generic shots of tapes and machinery during the closing credits rather than actual scenes of that episode, possibly due to cost-cutting at Paramount.
The first episode to feature Barney infiltrating a Eastern Bloc control room or base as a military officer, despite those countries' lack of African-Americans in such positions.
The first episode filmed after Desilu was bought out by Paramount.
