      • Addison: (sees the rocking chair) Is this the secret project you've been working on for three days?
Wilbur: Yup. What do you think of it?
Addison: You should have kept it a secret.
Wilbur: I made it out of Ed's old horse shoes.
Addison: You should have made a leather chair out of Ed. (Ed snorts in indignation)

      • Wilbur: (has finished rocking chair made out of horse shoes) Well, there you are, Ed, it's all finished. What do you think of my rocking chair?
Ed: It's beautiful, Wilbur! You turned my old shoes into a work of art.
Wilbur: Not only that, but it's a work of art you can sit on.
        Ed: It sure is unique.
        Wilbur: And comfortable-looking too, huh?
        Ed: Don't ask me. I'm not a rocking-horse.

      • Ed: Wilbur, how about a game of gin rummy, hmm?
Wilbur: You always win. Last night you beat me for eight carrots.
Ed: Hey, you'd win too if you would use my system.
        Wilbur: Oh, what's that?
        Ed: I cheat.
Wilbur: Don't you know it isn't nice to cheat?
Ed: And it isn't easy. I have to sit up all night marking the cards.
