Episode Recap

Rogers doesn't change when he wears a clown mask. He shows pictures of two cooks dressed as clowns (Chef Brockett is one of them). At Brockett's Bakery, the other clown, Jeffrey Gabel, shows his old family recipe for strudel. Gabel explains that he would make this strudel for the circus at which he plays Chuckles the Clown.
In the NOM, Queen Sara is ready to act as Mayor for a day. King Friday XIII announces the NOM will welcome two clowns for the day. Chuck Aber collects Sara for a day of 12 meetings, two speeches and four signings. Lady Aberlin assures Prince Tuesday that Queen Sara is still the same person. So is Mayor Maggie, making her royal entrance as queen for a day. Just in time, for King Friday XIII gives a speech on the weather. Maggie tells the others that being a queen is very different.
In Westwood, Chuck Aber prepares a speech on the League of Neighborhoods for Queen Sara to deliver on WWAW radio. She does not get far before two clowns mistakenly arrive. They are allowed to sing on the radio. Sara proposes that Chuck Aber call a confused Maggie in the NOM, that the trading-places only last half a day. Everyone gathers at the Castle to share their feelings on who they really are.
Back at the television house, Mr. McFeely brings a sampling of Jeffrey Gabel's strudel. McFeely and Rogers share two types of strudel (cheese-blueberry and apple).
Songs: Won't You Be My Neighbor?, It's You I Like ("masks" is substituted), A Clown, Good Feeling.
