Rogers enters with a flip book a friend had made, in which the MRN logo takes shape. After an aside ensuring viewers he feeds his fish each day, Rogers presents Picasso's A Girl Before A Mirror. He shows more Picasso art on Picture-Picture (Le Gourmet, The Harlequin, The Three Musicians, et al.). In the NOM, Lady Aberlin draws a portrait of several King Friday images. This joins several other royal portraits. X and Henrietta create a flip book of the King dancing (the pages are made from leaves). Lady Elaine refuses to do a portrait of King Friday XIII, submitting Picasso's A Girl Before A Mirror. Back in the real neighborhood, Rogers visits Brockett's Bakery to hear a Spanish rhythm quintet. They show Rogers some of their instruments, including spoons and a rain stick. When he returns to his kitchen, Rogers creates a rain stick from a paper towel roll and a few beans. Before leaving, Rogers shows a painting Chef Brockett made on an old cupboard door. Songs: Won't You Be My Neighbor?, I Like To Take Care Of You, Everybody's Fancy, Good Feeling.
