AIRED:
Rogers gives a final discussion on false faces (he holds up masks of King Friday XIII and Daniel Tiger). He then visits a new studio set—the toy-and-book store run by a new neighbor, Tony Chiroldes. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, everyone is still looking for Little Panda and Prince Tuesday. Betty Okonak Templeton uses a telescope, as do the others, to discover just the planet to seek. It is up to HulaMouse to rescue Tuesday and Little Panda.moreless

    • QUOTES (1)

      • Mr. Rogers: You know, the people who flew to the moon had to think about it, and play about it, and be curious about it long before they ever did it. It's really good to wonder about things. Some wonderful inventions have come about from people wondering about them.

    • NOTES (1)

      • Had Fred Rogers kept production of the series going after August 2001, Tony Chiroldes would no doubt have made a greater impact. One of the reasons Tony became a member of the "real" neighborhood was to keep up the inserts of Spanish language. All the previous Spanish dialogue came from all three of the late Chef Brockett's assistants.
