It's raining in the neighborhood, but Rogers will make the day beautiful. After showing his overshoes, Rogers sits on the porch to watch the rain. The raindrops on his hand seem to be dancing. He talks briefly of his days of using water colors before Chuck Aber arrives. Aber says that Sam Weber will be teaching dance in the neighborhood later in the week. Aber gives Rogers a poster of Sam Weber and after a few animal sounds, he does a dance in the rain.
In the NOM, rain falls only from the Tree to the Eiffel Tower. Lady Aberlin wears raingear, even though the rain isn't wet. She dances in the rain, much to X's delight. X is about to fly off to look for a rainbow. Lady Aberlin decides to trick Corny, who is expecting a special dancing rocking-chair salesman.
Lady Aberlin goes to the Clock, in the dry part of NOM, to see Daniel Tiger learn tai chi from Patrick Cheng. Cheng says that tai chi movements helps people's feelings, and shows some of his favorite movements. This segues into a location video of several people in tai chi.
Daniel says he is learning tai chi because he wanted to knock down his bad dreams. But dreams are not so bad when you can talk about them.
Back in the rainy section of NOM, Corny shows off his Dance Rocket. All you do is sit in it and tap your feet. Returning to the television house, Rogers reads Rainy, Rainy Saturday.
Songs: Won't You Be My Neighbor?, Let's Think Of Something To Do While It's Raining, You've Got To Do It (final verse), Good Feeling.
