Rogers takes a close look at a scarf. He simulates weaving with his fingers. Ann White gives him permission to visit. She has a very large loom, on which she and Rogers run a boat shuttle, beating the yarn into place. White also fills a bobbin, unwinding a skein of yarn with an umbrella swift. She shows Rogers a rack with her silk scarves. In the NOM, a scarf-waving silent dancer gives Henrietta Pussycat a ballet lesson. X the Owl wants to learn the dance that uses a rainbow scarf. Lady Aberlin invites Henrietta and X to a special performance at Lady Elaine's Sometimes Happy Dance Studio. It's a folk dance from The Junior Tamburitzans of Duquesne, Pennsylvania. Everybody joins in on the Tamburitzans' last dance. Back at the television house, Rogers coordinates a waltz of a father figurine (which he calls a "miniature life figure") holding a baby.
