Chef Brockett has taught Rogers how to make a latch-hook rug. Rogers goes to Brockett's Bakery to see a display of rugs. Brockett says he knows a couple who work at a rug factory. Their children are turned over to a day care home for which Chef Brockett has just completed a baking order. Mr. McFeely invites Rogers to the day care center. Rogers and McFeely help Mrs. Beasley, the day care giver, prepare the children's snacks. In the NOM, Mr. McFeely delivers a royal rug to the Castle. X the Owl hopes McFeely has an OCS course package. But Mr. McFeely realizes he has forgotten an important letter for King Friday XIII and Queen Sara. The Royal School of Castle Management are asking them both to attend a master's course on crown management and child-rearing. Both are thrilled to attend. King Friday and Queen Sara talk on the phone to the unseen Queen Mabel, who tells them the conference will begin the next night and will run three days and three nights. Queen Sara is immediately concerned for Prince Tuesday. The two consult Prince Tuesday about the upcoming conference and a possible night and day care giver.
