I think it would be nice if we could find some way to encourage Family Communications to release a good chunk of the series, including the early years, on DVD, and not just in the small DVDs that have been released so far. Ever since I learned half of the 800+ Mr. Rogers will not aire, I wondered what it was like. Season sets maybe? I'd buy it.

I agree it would be nice to see all the episodes since the local PBS station here in Florida does not broadcast his shows anymore.

DEFINITELY. I'd be first in line to buy it. I grew up with this show...I'd love for my children (when I have them!) to have the chance to do the same.

Ditto. Mister Rogers truly knew what it meant to "love thy neighbor". XD

They should definatly put Mr. Rogers on DVD. That show was legendary, and kids should definatly check it out instead of that Barney crap.

Hey, would you rather have your kids watching Barney or Hannah Montana?

But yeah, Mr. Rogers should totally go to DVD. I want my kids to watch talent. Not pre-packaged Disney pap.

If I were to chose between Barney and Hanna Montana. I'd go for Barney. At least that show was good at one point. Hanna Montana was never good at all, period.

As for Mister Roger's on DVD. I'd so buy it. Like what one of the users has mentioned before, this show is legendary and if none of the PBS stations are going to be airing it, then we should get this show on DVD so the show could find someway for people to continue watching it.
