Rogers does not put on a sweater. He opens a box to reveal a vest his friend Saihou Njie (pronounced say-who en-jye) made. Rogers visits Njie at his studio. Njie shows how he made a fabric design of Kwanzaa candles. He gives Rogers a batik cloth. Back at the television house, Rogers observes the scarf.
In the NOM, Handyman Negri accepts a batik from Trolley. He offers the batik to King Friday XIII. In turn, Handyman Negri takes a fortune cookie (hidden behind the wall). Handyman Negri's fortune: "Look for lots and lots of circles." Prince Tuesday tells Negri to go to the Factory and the Museum-Go-Round. Before he leaves, Negri offers to talk with Tuesday about their feelings. Negri asks Corny at the Factory about circles. Corny blows bubbles. Mayor Maggie offers to show Handyman Negri a lot of circles at the Museum-Go-Round. It's the Fortune Cookie Man. Mayor Maggie works a hula hoop, as do Lady Elaine and Fortune Cookie Man.
Back at the television house, Mr. McFeely arrives with a videotape on how people make bagels.
