Rogers brings an umbrella. He looks at it carefully in advance of a videotape Mr. McFeely is bringing. Rogers tells viewers that parts of an umbrella can be dangerous. Mr. McFeely shows the videotape of people making umbrellas. After the screening, Mr. McFeely says he told Tome Cousin he should make up an umbrella dance.
It's raining in the NOM, and Chuck Aber drops by to the Factory. He has heard of Corny's special sale. Corny offers his Umbrella Rockit, good for rain or shine or imagining. This is about the same chair seen in Friends (5). Chuck Aber learns that Mr. McFeely had sat in the chair only for it to collapse. With a good bottom brace, Aber sits in the chair, umbrella opened, and puts in order for two chairs. The sun emerges. Corny suggests Aber can still have the umbrella open for sunny days. Then Chuck Aber rocks and imagines rocking in mid-air alongside Mayor Maggie. Henrietta wakes Aber from his vision, saying she had seen his pretend through X's imaginary viewer. Corny invites Henrietta to see the Umbrella Rockit he has made for Mayor Maggie.
Back at the television house, Rogers says no one can tell what another is thinking. A phone call from Tome Cousin alerts Rogers to visit a dance studio for their umbrella dance.
