Rogers has a harmonica. He expects Mr. McFeely to bring a videotape on how people make harmonicas. McFeely is in a hurry and hands Rogers a tape. It turns out to be a video on how people make hoes. Rogers screens the hoe tape anyway, reading the information supplied on an enclosed card. After the screening, Rogers gets a phone call from a dispirited Mr. McFeely. His feelings had been hurt when the people who had expected the hoe tape, berated him for delivering the wrong tape. Rogers restores McFeely's confidence, telling him he can show the harmonica tape at any time.
In the NOM, King Friday has Mimus polyglottos in the Castle garden for the first time post-75. He expects Miss Paulifficate to bring a hose so that he can give Mimus a shower. Miss Paulifficate gives King Friday two hoes. He reprimands her. Chuck Aber drops by en route to delivering several musical instruments to the school at Someplace Else. He sings the praises of the King and Mimus. King Friday leaves for official correspondence, giving Mimus to Chuck Aber. When an angry Miss Paulifficate returns, she and Chuck Aber give Mimus a pretend shower. She reports on the shower to King Friday. He wonders what the schoolchildren are doing. As it turns out, the class is singing One And One Are Two. Improvising, Prince Tuesday says "hoe hoe hoe." That prompts them all to sing the song again, almost entirely with the word "hoe." Chuck Aber brings the rhythm instruments to the school children and Harriet, and all five sing Tuesday's ex tempore song. They tell Miss Paulifficate what they are doing. When she reports back to the King, he is furious. He insists Prince Tuesday learn international diplomacy.
Back at the television house, Mr. McFeely shows the videotape on how people make harmonicas. Mr. McFeely appears on the tape, with Bill Kratt showing him some of the steps.
