Mr. Rogers assembles the usual NOM models on the kitchen table, but when Mrs. McFeely arrives and he walks through the living room before he can begin Make-Believe, you can clearly see the trolley out on its tracks. When he walks back to the kitchen, you can see it there as well. However, after Make-Believe is over and he puts the models away and goes back into the living room, the trolley is gone.
