Rogers has a doll of Mr. McFeely, which he loaned from the real man. A friend had made this doll, leading Rogers to think of people working with their hands (video insert). Rogers takes the Mr. McFeely doll to the floor, where he builds a block building and has the McFeely doll knock it down. Then Rogers shows a book called Neighborhood of Make-Believe, which has illustrations of the NOM buildings. Rogers tells viewers who lives in all seven locales. Mr. McFeely calls to say his next delivery may be delayed. But Rogers tells him he can collect the McFeely doll later today.
In the NOM, Mayor Maggie asks King Friday to talk to Lady Elaine. Chuck Aber has come from Westwood to help Grand-père in his hour of need. At the Museum-Go-Round, Aber finds a frightened Lady Elaine. She fears that, in her anger, she may have turned Mr. McFeely into a doll. Thus she will not talk to anyone. King Friday appears at the Museum-Go-Round, forcing Lady Elaine to dissuade all visitors. Ana Platypus is scared of Lady Elaine, but Aber's talk helps her. Returning to the Eiffel Tower, Aber finds Grand-père in an easier frame of mind. Daniel is helping Grand-père and he is helping Daniel with his fear of Lady Elaine.
Back at the television house, Rogers explains that dolls are made of fabric and don't grow. Mr. McFeely collects the doll and delivers the video (which Rogers watches) of how people make facial tissue.
