      • Mr. Rogers: People can hurt other people's feelings and get sad and mad. But they can make up and be friends again, and it feels good.

      • Mr. Rogers: I remember when I was very young, one time I buttoned my coat the wrong way, and some big people saw it and laughed at me. I didn't know why they were laughing. I felt awful. I still don't like it when people laugh at mistakes that other people make, because everybody makes mistakes once in a while.

    • NOTES (1)

      • Susan Linn, replete with her Cat-A-Lion and Audrey Duck puppets, had appeared on Mister Rogers' Neighborhood years before. A decade after this program aired, Linn would be a central performer on another Rogers project, Different and the Same.
