    • TRIVIA (4)

      • This is the first time Ana Platypus's bedroom is shown in The Neighborhood of Make-Believe.

      • Goof: The trolley has a flashlight affixed to its top because it is after dark in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. However, when the trolley first enters the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the flashlight is affixed close to the front of the top of it. Minutes later, as it's about to leave the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the flashlight has been moved way to the back of the top of the trolley.

      • This is a rare instance in which the Neighborhood of Make-Believe is seen at night. The other occurrences were in Episode 1519 from the "Day Care & Night Care" series, and Episode 1755 from the "Curiosity" series.

      • The lullaby that Ana sings is "All the Pretty Little Horses."

    • QUOTES (5)

      • Daniel: (to the viewers) Do you ever have a hard time waiting for things? What do you do when you have to wait for something? Do you ever make up songs; or drink some orange juice? Apple juice? Do you think up exercises to do? What else?

      • Mister Rogers: Everyone is so different, that everyone would have different thoughts. Yet there are some things about us that are very much the same. One thing's sure. Way down deep, everybody wants to love, and everybody wants to have people love them.

      • Mister Rogers: It shows you're growing when you're able to ask for help with things.

      • Handyman Negri: (about waiting) That's one of the toughest things in the world to learn.

      • Telephone Voice: Hello?
        Lady Elaine Fairchild: Oh, hello?
Telephone Voice: "Whales Unleashed and Unlimited."
Lady Elaine Fairchild: Oh, good. Do you rent whales by the day?
        Telephone Voice: Are you certified?
        Lady Elaine Fairchild: Certainly.
Telephone Voice: Our rate is fourteen.
Lady Elaine Fairchild: Fourteen? Alright, send over a big whale for tomorrow...oh, good, now let me call that place that has the apes.

    • NOTES (1)

      • Daniel Striped Tiger's song, "I Think It's Very, Very, Very Hard To Wait," filled a need to sing an emotion that had not really been sung about before. This would prompt Fred Rogers to compose "Let's Think Of Something To Do While We're Waiting," introduced two shows later.
